Day #58 Of My Weight-Loss Diet

Breakfast
Country Barley miso broth
Leftover brown rice and wild rice
Daikon, grated and steamed with the grains
2-bag kukicha tea



Lunch
Fresh-cooked short grain brown rice
"Alice's Charlie Hong Kong" veggies: onions, cabbage from our garden, carrots, and
Wildwood's Savory Sprou-Tofu made from organic sprouted soybeans
Soy sauce, gomasio, toasted almonds
1-bag + 2 reused bags kukicha tea

Dinner
"Alice's Charlie Hong Kong" and rice leftovers from lunch
Special peanut sauce made with peanut butter, hot water, and mellow-white miso
2-bag kukicha tea
Toasted almonds
