Day #56 Of My Weight-Loss Diet

Breakfast
Country Barley miso broth
Steamed leftover short brown rice and wild rice with
3 ounces (=1/2 cup) grated daikon
4-bag kukicha tea



Lunch
Steamed leftover short brown rice and wild rice
Carrot and burdock matchsticks sauteed in sesame oil and steamed in their own juices
Toasted almonds
Toasted sunflower seeds
Tamari pumpkin seeds
Re-used 4-bag plus 1-bag kukicha tea 

Dinner
AT MAMA MIA'S ITALIAN 
Plain fettuccini pasta with
Plain broccolini
Bigelow's Mint Medley tea (spearmint, peppermint, rose hips, lemon peel, and hibiscus)
