2-bag kukicha tea in a Starbuck's cup of hot water
(Camomile tea bag saved for later)
Tamari almonds


Dinner
Quinoa/wild rice/short grain brown rice
Sauteed baby broccoli in sesame oil
4-bag kukicha tea
