oven-roasted sweet potato, shallot, and carrot
in coconut oil and Utah sea salt — at the Felton Covered Bridge
Organic peppermint white-sage tea — at the White Raven Coffee Shop


Afternoon Tea Break 
Tamari almonds
3-bag kukicha tea
 
Dinner
Reheated leftovers millet-cauliflower "mashed potatoes," sweet potato, and shallot in sesame oil
