Breakfast
Miso wakame rice sunflower seed soup (half)
5-bag kukicha tea (strong)






Lunch
Miso wakame rice sunflower seed soup ( other half)
Bio-K+ probiotics
Leftover millet and cabbage, rice and sunflower seeds, rice broccoli and cauliflower mix
Soy sauce
Roasted sunflower and sesame seeds
6-bag kukicha tea (strong) 

Dinner
Hot water with juice of one lemon
Leftover rice and sunflower seeds, rice broccoli and cauliflower mix
Soy sauce
Tamari almonds
